"When we moved to this area, I was specifically looking for an in home daycare for my infant son and was disappointed by the lack of options in the Folsom/El Dorado Hills area. I stumbled upon Marlene's and from the moment I met her and checked out her place, I knew this was the place I wanted for my son even though it was a bit of a drive. Marlene is AMAZING and wonderful with kids. She is very sincere and genuinely loves being around kids. Her home is clean and she has a really great set up of learning activities/toys. She makes nutritious meals (better than my cooking) and kids are exposed to a large backyard where they can be kids! My older daughter begged me to go to Marlene's after seeing how much fun her brother was having and during the summer I had both kids enrolled. I highly recommend Marlene's, without a doubt."

The use of the land with animals, the education Marlene teaches, Chanel can speak Spanish and understand Spanish that I could never had taught her. She is excelling at green hills elementary school and has progressed with excellent grades, Chanel has a very good understanding of abc's,books and vocabulary. I attribute the work ethic of Marlene and the atmosphere that she provides for the children allow them to grow, in many aspects of being a child around a nurturing environment."

""Nanny's" is what my kids call Ms. Marlene, is the sweetest, most loving childcare. I have 2 boys and they ask to go to Nanny's every morning and it literally takes 30 extra mins to get them to leave. The outdoor space is top notch and impossible to find anywhere else. The education that Marlene provides is outstanding and bilingual. She really prepares the kiddos for kindergarten. The lunch that Marlene provides is organic and delicious! She makes homemade soup that is filled with veggies and the kids eat it - amazing! I highly recommend Marlene's Childcare. I drive 30 mins each way because my kids love it so much. Also, the other kids that go there are all sweet and kind, which is also rare to find."
